Terms & Conditions
In using any service at Brows by Elise, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Acceptable methods of payment.
Cash, Debit/Credit Card.
Booking Fees/Deposits
Brows by Elise is a prepaid salon. We do require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. If your Deposit is not received at time of booking, we will not tentatively hold the Appointment. Deposit will be deducted from your total on the day.
All booking fees are STRICTLY non-refundable.
Refunds of Service(s)
Brows by Elise do not refund any service(s). Once you have paid a deposit in full you are committing to your appointment and the procedure. No refunds shall be offered for change of mind, where a service(s) is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.
Child Safety Policy / Guests
As much as we love children, we hope you can understand that we can not assure their safety in our salon. We also do not want to compromise the quality of your service. We ask that you attend your appointment alone.
We limit our treatment rooms for the client and staff only. If you do require to bring a guest with you to the appointment, they are more welcome to wait in our waiting room until the duration of your appointment is completed.
Gift Cards / Gift Certificates
Gift cards and gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling of COSMETIC BROW TATTOOING and SKIN NEEDLING must be made minimum 7 business days prior. Failure to provide 7 business days notice results in a $95 rescheduling fee.

Failure to reschedule your appointment within the time policies mentioned above at Brows by Elise will result in your appointment & booking fee being forfeited.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will result in a loss of deposit unless you have rescheduled with in the time of the rescheduling policy.
Reminder Service
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent out to you 3 days prior to your appointment. We ask that you reply ‘Yes’ to confirm your appointment.
Brows by Elise reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments.
Running Late To Your Appointment
We request that all clients come at least 10-15 minutes prior to their cosmetic tattoo appointment or 5 minutes to any brow sculpting or lash lifting appointments.
If you are running late, please do let us know and we will do everything we can to try and accommodate, however, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late as we are always booked back-to-back and cannot compromise our next clients appointment. Being over 15 mins late will result in losing your booking fee.
